In last my article I was talking about supplementation and what supplements I would recommend and why. Today I want to talk about steroids, what are anabolic steroids, why people use them and what are anabolic steroids side effects.
If you think why I didn’t mention steroids in my previous blog about supplements, the answer is very simple, because steroids are classed as drugs, not as supplements. - Plateauing — alternating, overlapping, or substituting with another steroid to avoid developing a tolerance.

Regularly taking steroids can be very harmful and cause dangerous medical conditions, it can lead to physical and psychological changes for both women and men as well.

It can be very hard because someone addicted to steroids will want to keep using them, even if he or she is experiencing side effects.

The most common reasons why people are taking anabolic steroids are to increase strength and endurance, grow muscle mass quicker. People want fast results and training naturally can take years until you will achieve your dream goals. Anabolic steroids can speed up this process drastically. Every day more and more people start taking steroids despite the damage steroids cause to their health.

In UK anabolic steroids are classed as class C drugs and can be sold by a pharmacist with a prescription. It is legal for personal use. However, you can’t post or send steroids with a courier. It is illegal to sell them or give them to a friend.
In USA anabolic steroids are illegal to possess, manufacture or distribute. Same as the UK and other European countries you are allowed to use steroids if you have a medical condition and have a prescription from a doctor.
People do not realize that while steroids are building their dream bodies, steroids are rotting them from inside, damaging their organs and increased risk of cancer, heart attack, and stroke. Training and going to the gym should be all about a healthy lifestyle and better health, not just about looking good and especially not about damaging your health.
Some people thinking that steroids are just sports supplement and steroids are not harmful and that lack of information can be paid at a very high price in the future.
